I am committed to bringing innovative solutions and collaborative initiatives that will enrich your quality of life and pave the way for a brighter future for our Township!
Smart, Managed Growth
​- Responsibly develop the Villages of Casement and any future development.

- Preserve open space and critical environmental areas, both key benefits of living in a Township.

- Attract new businesses to strengthen our tax base.
- Revitalize the Route 20 business corridor, with a focus on the Painesville Shopping Center, which currently has too many vacant storefronts.
Better Public Services
- Provide high-quality, reliable services, including fire and law enforcement.

​ - Strive for accessible senior centers, recycling programs, improved road maintenance, increased yard waste collection, and new community events designed for everyone.
​​- Improve the government of our Township and the way in which it communicates with and serves our community.​

- Efficiently and transparently manage taxpayer resources.
- Pinpoint opportunities to cut costs while maintaining the quality of our services.
- Conduct focus groups on issues that impact the quality of life in our Township, particularly regarding town center development, senior housing needs, and bike lanes. Your input matters!​​​

Strong Community Partnerships
- Advocate for initiatives that specifically benefit locally owned businesses.
- ​Collaborate with Fairport Harbor and Grand River for shared services and other meaningful progress that strengthens our community.
- Work with the Riverside Local School District and keep them informed about significant developments, helping the school district to prepare to meet the needs of a growing student population.

Having a military background combined with an urban studies degree allows me to approach the Trustee’s role with a balanced perspective, combining strategic leadership with an informed understanding of urban issues. This blend of skills will drive effective policy-making, foster community engagement, and ensure the efficient management of Township resources, ultimately leading to a thriving and resilient community.
